This role is to assist the School to provide practical assistance to Defence families and support the social and emotional wellbeing of Defence students within the school as part of the Defence School Mentor Program (DSMP).
The DSM will raise awareness of the Defence lifestyle and the types of support which can assist Defence students within the school. The Defence School Mentor is not a teacher, but a member of the School Wellbeing Team and Administration Team.
The DSM is a part-time position, 11 hours over 2 days per week term time only. The position is contingent upon funding to the school
