Action Research: Evidence into Action - Implementation for School Improvement Program - Session 4: Virtual Webinar

This iteration of the Evidence into Action series would suit educators who have previously completed the Evidence into Action workshop series, or new school leaders/educators. The year-long tailored professional learning program for AISACT schools supports the refinement and delivery of an implementation plan based on the individual school priorities. 2024 CAF grant recipients are supported by this extended professional learning program.

Session 1: virtual webinar – Wednesday 21 Feb. (8.30am-10.00am)

Participants will explore the foundations and initial stage of effective implementation in school to determine a focus area or new approach for implementation.

 

Session 2: virtual coaching – February – as negotiated

Session with individual school team focused on refining the school’s focus for the Implementation Plan.

 

Session 3: F2F Implementation Plan Workshop – Tuesday 5 March (9.00am-1.00pm) TQI accredited workshop = 4hrs

 

Cost: $120 per registration

The F2F workshop will cover the key elements of implementation science, and schools will be guided to work through the development of a plan to guide the implementation of a school improvement project or approach. 2024 CAF grant recipients to attend this workshop.

 

Session 4: virtual webinar – 14 May (8.30am-9.00am)

Session to explore monitoring and evaluation of the implementation project and active ingredients.

 

Session 5: virtual coaching – July/August – as negotiated

Session focused on refining the Implementation Plan, and feedback to strengthen active ingredients.

 

Session 6: virtual webinar – 16 October:

Session to explore monitoring and evaluation of the implementation project, preparing for the AISACT Celebrating Teaching & Learning event.

 

Session 7: Celebrating Teaching & Learning event – 13 November
